Hats and sizing
What kinds of hats do you sell?
Snapbacks, fitteds, truckers, dad hats and beanies, plus limited drops like the Signature Crown. The shop lets you filter by style or by side of the ring.
How do I find my size?
Measure around your head about 1/8 inch above your eyebrows and ears, keeping the tape snug. Then match the number in the fit guide. Between two sizes, go up one.
What’s the difference between fitted, snapback and strapback?
A fitted hat comes in an exact size and has no closure at the back. A snapback adjusts with plastic snaps; a strapback adjusts with a fabric or leather strap and a buckle.
Will an adjustable hat fit me?
Snapbacks, truckers and dad hats fit most heads, roughly fitted sizes 7 to 7 5/8. If you measure outside that range, text El Pudro your number at (925) 544-9062 before you order.
Do beanies come in sizes?
No. The Mano a Mano beanie is one size and stretches to fit.

How do I order?

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments go through an encrypted checkout, and your card details are never stored on this site.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Call or text (925) 544-9062 right away. If it hasn’t shipped, it can be sorted.
Can you do a group or custom order?
Ask. Call, text or send a message with what you have in mind and how many hats you need, and El Pudro will tell you what’s possible.
Shipping and size swaps
How does shipping work?
Every order ships to your door with a tracking number sent by email. Need a hat by a certain date? Ask before you order and you’ll get a straight answer.
What if my hat doesn’t fit?
Get in touch with your order details and the size you need, and El Pudro will sort out a swap. Keep the hat unworn with its tags on until it’s settled.
Can I pick up a hat in person?
The Palace is online, so there’s no storefront to visit. Every hat ships straight to you.
Care
How do I clean my cap?
Spot-clean with cold water and a little mild soap. Skip the washing machine and the dryer.
How do I keep the crown’s shape?
Let it air-dry over something round, like a rolled towel, and keep it out of hot cars. Store caps upright or stacked with hats of the same shape.
How do I wash the beanie?
Hand wash it in cold water, press the water out without wringing, and lay it flat to dry.

Do you sell the mask?
The mask belongs to El Pudro. The hats are yours.
Where are you based?
El Pudro’s phone rings in the 925, California’s East Bay, but the Palace itself is online.
